The clubhouse has just been built, along with all of the nice amenities in the development (beach club, pool, fire pit, boat dock, tennis, championship golf course, etc). We have other properties on 30-A and are motivated to sell-We originally listed the lot (pre-Katrina) for $809,000, but have just dropped it to $565,000 with a social membership to the club included. There is no build out time on this lot-This development is fabulous with the coastal dune lake and private club with no rentals, along with close proximity to the new airport. As owners, we have found that there is not much advertisement for real estate in this community but feel that we have a beautiful piece of land to sell!
