Anyone Know Anything About Ariel Dunes for Summer Rental?

Someone just asked me if I knew anything about Ariel Dunes in Mirimar as a summer rental. I couldn't be very helpful because I don't know anything about that area. I looked online a bit and it seems like it's an upscale highrise condo complex on the beach. Does anyone know anything about it and would they recommend it for a family vacation place? I saw an old thread on this message board from 2005 and the places were selling for a lot of money at that time. Did it live up to its potential and is construction complete in the area. Any information would be helpful because I want to help these people out. I also suggested they post their question directly on this message board because it's so useful (I'm getting the word out, Kurt...). Thanks much.

There are a couple of owner on Board. I've been in a couple of units and they are nicely appointed. Pool on property, and great Gulf views. Only a short walkk to the beach, but niether tower is beach front. I think they will make nice vacation units and are in a fairly nice location with many things being very close by.

Thanks, SJ. I thought they'd be nice from what I read in the 2005 thread and what I've seen on the Internet for vacation rentals. Anyone else have any opinions?
