Anyone know what's up with property appraiser website?

I haven't been able to pull it up today, the link from the county page and the tax collector takes me here and the link from clerk of courts here. Even my bookmarked location seems to be old. Maybe transitioning to a new site over the weekend?

Nope. The status for their domain name expired yesterday. OOPS! I hope for everyone's sake, they pay their bill tomorrow. I have work to do on that site.

I think they are advising everyone that the sells showing on their site should be used as comps! They feel that their information is more accurate than the MLS.,
