Anyone make Halloween Costumes

I always made my kids costumes, although now they have outgrown it. I used to work for a tailor, did alterations at a bridal shop, and did a stint at UWF theater department making costumes. That was wild!
You can do it...it is easier than you think! It really isn't worthpaying someone...you can even use clothing adhesive that iron on if you don't have a sewing machine. It is also fun!
I have made several over the years for my girls....they didn't turn out perfect but no one notices...It's Halloween. Our family's favorite holiday!

yeah, go to the fabric stores and browse their pattern books. There really are lots of simple costumes to make. 
Patterm???? I never used a pattern.
Forget patterns, just get creative!
