Receptionist / Office Manager Needed

Chancey Design Partnership, an architecture firm located in Seagrove, is in need of a full-time administrative assistant / office manager.

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls and taking messages
  • Taking and transcribing meeting notes
  • Creating and updating meeting agendas
  • Organizing and maintaining the office working environment
  • Courier supplies and deliveries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Conduct market research and client outreach
  • Update company website information and create posts
  • Participate in social media engagement on behalf of the firm
Qualification Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Wordpress
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, and be self-motivated

Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen
