• 
  Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects from start to finish. Monitor activities in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project is being built on schedule, within budgets and high quality
  
  
• Lead team of sub-contractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed within established goals for quality, timeliness, profitability, safety and customer satisfaction
  
  
• Communicate status and schedules with Senior Project Manager, Construction Coordinator and Managing Members on a daily basis as required.
  
  
• Initiate and communicate EPO’s for necessary extras and variances with sub-contractors, vendors, purchasing and accounting team members.
  
  
• Complete punch lists, ensure job site cleanliness.
  
  
• Perform material take-off counts as requested. Verify material count and product is correct.
  
  
• Review and initiate appropriate changes in the field for all Exhibits and Change Orders.
  
  
• Verify completion of work and approve invoices for all sub-contractors and vendors as submitted.
