South Walton Montessori Academy is hiring an Assistant Teacher in our Upper Elementary program, working with students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Students just graduating from high school are welcome to apply. No experience working with kids or college degree required. Let us train you!
We are looking for someone who is reliable and willing to learn about the Montessori philosophy and curriculum.
$16 per hour for the first year, and then moved to salaried position. School pays 100% of every employee's health insurance at a cost of over $800 per month, paid 12 months a year.
Signing bonus and holiday bonus will be provided.
