Thanks SJ. I saw that but have not had the time to explore. Did you also read that we are being charged an additional $3 for renewal because there are fewer agents for 2007.

Well, they do not actually know the number of ECAR agents for 2007 yet. They are just guessing. They will not know until the payments are due in January. When I spoke with Geoff the other day, he said that they were predicting only a slight drop. Even though I personally know many Realtors who went back to a paying job this year, my best guess is that we will see them pay their dues in order to hope to get one good commission in '07. Therefore, I do not think the number will drop much. In Dec '06, the total number of subscribers dropped by 27, from 3683 subscribers in Nov.
