Okay, so this is a big weekend for us. We did hubby's birthday at FOOW last night (we followed Skunky's rec for FOOW -- right on!). We have Father's Day and our daughter's and JP's first anniversary tomorrow, and our anniversary on Monday.
Hubby has a jones for ribs. We love the ribs at Houston's in ATL, but want to cook at home. Any recipes out there? We have searched the interwebs and have found many conflicting methods for grilling ribs.
