Bay Baits is a brand NEW bait, tackle and retail store located at the foot of the 331 bridge on the south end, next to The Bay Restaurant and Kathleen's Kottage. Bay Baits will be the premier source for customers in Walton County looking for live bait, frozen bait, tackle, gear, kayak/ SUP rentals, apparel, drinks, beer, snacks, ice and more!
Bay Baits is looking for professional full and part time individuals to assist in all store operation listed above. Individuals must be able to lift 50 pounds, work on their feet all day, have fishing knowledge, retail experience, have an active drivers license, reliable transportation, work well with customers, and be highly motivated. Please note, individuals who are hired and excel will be eligible for key holder and assistant manager positions (with a raise!) quickly! Individuals must be prepared to submit to drug screenings or criminal background checks.
Bay Baits will be hiring immediately and will open within the next few weeks. Please apply and come work for the newest bait and tackle store that will be a blast to work for. Note, employees receive discounts on all store merchandise as well! Store hours will be 6am-6pm and employees need to be prepared to work shifts within that time frame.
