You did a great job in creating this board and it has a lot of information on where to find services. I thought it would be a great idea to have a section for services where people could list what they do. I think more companies would pay to be listed on your site if you could just do a search on type of services you are looking for and find a repairman, real estate agent, landscaping etc. Several people on this board own companies that could offer advise to others as a barter, trade, or exchange.

I would place an ad on our company, but no one in this area has bad debts. But, could offer advise on credit, consulting etc.

RO - As long as there is credit, we are recession proof. Bankruptcies this year at a all time high due to the new bankruptcy laws that take effect on Oct. 17, 2005. Mortgages companies and banks that started doing zero interest on mortgage loans for a few years and allowing people to purchase more than can afford are the ones that going to feed the " bubbling bust."
"Pay no interest until 2007. " sounds good if you sell before the high interest
starts.
