I am researching South Walton's schools in preparation for my children's enrollment for the 2013-2014 school year. My children are coming from Destin Elementary & will be in kindergarten and 3rd grade. I would love to hear some opinions from parents who have children currently enrolled in these schools. My children will need after school and summer care....any information on SPICE and Boys and Girls Club would also be appreciated. I look forward to your comments!

I think both schools are good schools, but you should go visit each one with your kids (if possible) to see what they think too.
My kids went to Butler so I only have experience relating to that school. (my son actually went to Bay for Kindergarten, but it was a while ago). My kids (& I) all enjoyed Butler and it's staff.
We used SPICE only a few times and it wasn't a good fit for us, but other families are fine with it.
No experience with Boys & Girls Club.
