Wanted Bayfront property for small wedding

Hi! My fiancé and I are looking to have a smaller backyard style wedding and are hoping to rent a house on the bay with a backyard big enough to host around 45 people. If you or someone you know has a rental property like this please let me know!! Wedding would be early to mid next November.
