Bayfront,Waterfront, Gulf Front Lot Needed

Looking for a waterfront lot zoned for residential to build our primary residence. We are intersted in all areas in Walton County and even on the north side of the bay as long as it is waterfront (creek, bayou, lake, bay, gulf all qualify). The lot should be no smaller than 5000sf and we are looking for a price somewhere in the mid--200's. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.
