Wanted Beach front condo or house along 30A

I am a new 30A local who is looking for a Beach Front 2 or 3 BD condo or house to rent for the last week of April for friends from Arkansas. Two couples in their 50's with no kids or pets. Their main request is a nice deck or balcony to enjoy our beautiful sunsets. I appreciate any help in finding a great place for these awesome couples. Thanks
