Best Place to "Shake your Groove Thing"?

The last time I came down with the girlfriends was a bachelorette party about 3 years ago- We stayed in Grayton and toured the bars along 30a then ended up down in Destin at AJ's til about 2 or 3 am-- Don't really want to go that route this time- Where's a good place to go out and dance after a few (heck probably several cocktails)-- I have been vacationing down there with the hubby the last few years and am just not familiar with the nightlife along 30-A--Headed down with my (2) single friends and I know we will be itchin' to go out--Help.... we are leaving tonight! GRACIAS! :dunno:

We ususally go like this:

1. Red Bar (8-10)
2. Bud's (10-12)
3. 331 (12-till the broom hits our heels and the lights get turned on.)

And we shake it all night.

I figured it'd be slow around this time- We are coming down for a little business but staying the weekend-- I figured there are people that live there year round...... Will we be the only 3 out and about? :roll:

You can always go to Panama City, what's the name of that beach club? Schooners (sp), I have no idea if it is still there tho. :dunno:

We are staying at RB so that won't be a bad drive-- We are not opposed to Destin or PC but figured if there were local places so we don't have to drive very far that would be the best-- Hello Miss FUNN-- already checked the website for DJVLADI-- maybe we'll see you out shakin' your tail feather :clap_1:

The people that live here year round are old and lame. :lol:

JK - but people do tend to hibernate unless something special is going on like Dread Clampitt at the Soul Buffet. Destin may be your best bet if you're a city girl.

AJ's is such a meat market...I love Blue Point in the Commons. We had a good time there...then there's what used to be Rockstar. I think it's Jet Ultra Lounge now...they used to have a cover, but not anymore. It's kinda chi chi for Destin. I have more funn at our bar trifecta though. When we did Destin we would go to Conan O'Brien's aka Johnny O'Quigley's because they gave souvenier cups. And the crowd was funn to laugh at sometimes.
