POSITION OVERVIEW
Assist customers in the full process of bike rental. From guest account creation to getting customers into the correct bike for their rental and getting them checked out for their time in the area. Also, will help with logistics and operations within the business, from making sure bikes are returned correctly to helping set up deliveries for pre-reserved bikes.
