Biophilia Center to open to the public Thursdays and Fridays in June and July. 9am - 2pm.
Summer speaker series, food trucks and family fun.

Public Days start THIS THURSDAY and we’ve got some amazing presentations lined up for you this month!

Immerse yourself in the world of wetland plants with the talented @jefftalbertphotography who will wow you with his photography and enlighten you on all the amazing plants that call Walton’s wetlands home on Thursday June 5th

Friday, June 6th Dr. Laura Tiu will be talking about a very important topic-MICROPLASTICS! Learn the impacts these tiny plastics are having on us and our planet.

Open 9am-2pm
Presentations begin at noon in the theater
& don’t forget to check out the amazing food trucks and cold treats everyday!
$10 for adults (13+)
$7 for kids
3 & under get in free

From Sea Turtles to Sea Grasses we’ve got your aquatic education covered next week for our Summer Speaker Series!

Thursday June 26
Friends of South Walton Sea Turtles will be here Thursday with an engaging presentation and hands-on activities to introduce you to the species that nest on our beaches

Friday June 27
St. Andrew’s Bay Watch will be taking us inshore on Friday to learn about their work preserving and restoring the St. Andrew’s watershed and how you can get involved!

We will be open 9am-2pm on Thursday & Friday, but be sure to come in time to catch these awesome talks!
