Bistro & Bakery By Fabrice on Hwy 98

In addition to the current WaterColor location on Scenic 30A, Bistro & Bakery By Fabrice has reopened in the old location on Hwy 98 in Shoppes of Seahaven - 4821 US Highway 98 West.

The menu is similar to the WaterColor location, and also features some long-requested items, including several burgers and a BLT. I had the BLT recently and it was awesome! All home made breads, fine ingredients, and incredible pastries and baked goods as usual.

Gggrrrrrr!!! I just made a nice green and red salad and now you show me this work of art cheese burger. The salad is very pretty but I do not eat with my eyes. I want that burger!

I think I've eaten a burger at every restaurant which sells them in South Walton, and this one, though too thick to eat like a normal burger, just moved into the number one slot of best burgers in South Walton.

did you get it with or without the egg? although i have seen it, i've never had an egg on a burger before.

no dinner hours at the 98 location. don't know the normal hours, though.

Kitty, that was my burger in the above photo, with the egg. I've never eaten an egg on a burger, but the menu does say the burgers are "gourmet" burgers. It was good. More protein! I figure that it couldn't be all bad since meatloaf is so tasty and it has can have egg as a binder. I went for the premo burger with the works. They do have gourmet burgers without the egg.
