Blue Mountain Bakery located on 2217 W Cty Hwy 30A next to Big Daddy's Bike Shop is hiring.
We are looking for all positions including Cashier/Customer Service, Line Cook/Dishwasher, Night Baker and Management positions.
Most of our employees earn around $20/hour after shared tips. Starting hourly pay is $12-15/hour depending on experience and tips for each employee can range anywhere from $3-10/hour.
We are looking for high energy, friendly people who are willing to keep busy and perform many different tasks. This is a very small bakery so we run with a small crew and everyone typically has a wide range of responsibilities. We have an outstanding energy and culture with our current crew and would like to hire people who add to the diversity and quality of our employees.
There is also a lot of opportunity for advancement. We are actively seeking to hire/promote a management team in order to allow for the business owners to reduce their role in operations.
