Very rare name Shiloh and never heard of Nouvel. Don't even think there is such a name as Nouvel. 
Well at least they didn't name the baby Apple like Gwyneth Paltrow, or other celebrities who welcomed children with names like Banjo, Lucky, and Pilot Inspektor!

Maybe a family name. I thought Shiloh was rather normal compared to others too.
