Can anyone recommend a breakfast spot that has a view of the ocean Seascape -east?Wife and i loved the Whales Tale but it looks like they will be down for a while because of the fire.Trip is mid April,love the mornings together before the kiddypoohs start stirring.

If you're staying in the Miramar Beach/Crystal Beach area, the coffee shop at the Beachside Inn might work for you.

You might try Amavida's Coffee Shop on Seaside. Great coffee (free trade beans), and all kinds of breakfast goodies. Not on the beach but on south side of 30a and just behind dune. Short stroll to beach pavillion on dune and then a morning walk on the beach with your coffee ( mines large white mocca ).
Get a bucket of beignets and something to drink to go from Flip Flops then bring it to the beach to it. Actually, I recommend getting a bucket of beignets per person - A bucket should serve probably 4 people, but the beignets are so good you'll be sorry if you have to share your bucket!
