"DESTIN ? A 21-year-old man was arrested July 17 on charges of fraud.
The man was in Waffle House on Regions Way and had order and consumed a meal valued at $10.64.
According to an Okaloosa County Sheriff's report, the man gave the cashier a credit card that did not have his name on it.
When the employee told the man he would have to confiscate the card the man left the restaurant without paying for his food."
