My Son told me the other day that it was a good thing it was a Chevy that showed up otherwise we would have ended up with two stuck trucks out there.

I really thought about going right back into that hole once Jeff pulled me out so I could kick its butt right back. Jeff was going to wait and then I thought better of it. Nothing was broke yet and better to keep it that way. My truck is really not set up for mudding. ground effects and nerf bars make for lots of things to hang up. And I already have the largest tires that fit under the stock truck.

Yeah, then I'd have room for larger tires ($$!!) which take more horsepower ($$!!) to turn that the existing engine won't have ($$!!!!)....... More money than I'm willing to invest. Stock is good.

Naw. Stupid is stuck. I could have gone around the hole. I could have locked it in 4WD first and kicked it down at the first sign of trouble. I could have blasted through it. I went tooling through it thinking it was just a small impression filled with water which I should have known better. I used to make those ruts. This time I got busted by them.
