Can anyone tell me if there is a lot of construction on 331?

My family and I will be coming down on the 11th from central Illinois. Can anyone tell me if there is a lot of construction on 331? This will be our 10th year and we are all so excited! Also, is the ocean clear of seaweed, jellyfish etc?

construction is currently underway, but it wont slow your roll. june grass is still lingering, but with this weeks storms it may be washed ashore by this coming weekend. the winds will make that final call.
