The Christmas Candlelight Open House had been rescheduled to Dec 16th, due to a rainy forecast. Event has been canceled for this year due to weather.

Come out tour the Wesley House during the scheduled week days.

Information about decorations and tours:

Friends of Eden Gardens:
Several organizations recently volunteered their time to decorate the rooms of the Wesley House for Christmas.

The public is invited to tour the house during regular park tour hours this holiday season.

The Wesley House is decorated and ready for guided tours.

Tours are available Thursday through Monday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on an hourly basis.

Tours are $4 per adult and $2 for children 12 and under.

The house will remain decorated until January 9th , 2024.

All visitors are invited to vote on which room in the House is the favorite.

Tours will be available as usual on specific days of the week. This is a wonderful time for a tour of the home to see it decorated for the holidays.

Tours
Guided tours of the Wesley House are offered hourly 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday through Monday. The house is closed to the public on Tuesday and Wednesday as well as certain holidays.

• There is a maximum of 10 people per tour.
• Cost of the tours is $4 per adult and $2 per child under the age of 12. Cash, check or credit card can be accepted at the Wesley House.

A wonderful holiday tradition in South Walton! Enjoy a walk through luminary lined pathways at Eden Gardens State park after sunset, and tour the historic Wesley house with each room decorated for Christmas. There will be live music, cookies and hot beverages provided by the Friends of Eden at the Pavilion area.

EVENT CANCELED

This was the first year that we reserved a second weekend as a backup plan for rain, and of course they both end up being rainy weekends. We have made the difficult decision to cancel the Christmas Event. The luminaries take a considerable amount of time to set up and coordinate, so a decision has to be made well ahead of time. Unfortunately we cannot postpone this event again, so the event is cancelled for 2023. Hopefully next year will be better weather!

The house is open for tours during the day if you are still interested in seeing the beautifully decorated rooms. Tours are held hourly from 10am to 3pm and cost $4 per adult/$2 per child. Thursday - Monday (closed Tuesday & Wednesday)
