PUBLIX Groundbreaking at Watersound Origins

St. Joe Company announces groundbreaking for Publix located in Watersound Town Center at the entrance of the Watersound Origins community.

10 a.m., Wednesday, August 25th, 2021

From U.S. Hwy 98 turn north on Watersound Parkway, groundbreaking will be on the left

Join The St. Joe Company as construction begins on Publix in Watersound Town Center at the entrance of the Watersound Origins community. The Publix is planned to be approximately 48,000 square feet and include a pharmacy, deli, bakery and a liquor store. St. Joe will construct the building and lease it to Publix. In addition to Publix, plans call for Watersound Town Center to feature several buildings with shopping and dining options, second floor office space, a covered event pavilion and open green spaces.
