Join Friends of South Walton Sea Turtles for the inaugural Trash Bash on Saturday, AUG 22 at Ed Walline Park on the beach from 7:30-9 am to really help us keep the beaches #CleanDarkFlat!
Come help save sea turtles by keeping the beaches clean, dark and flat! Even with the crew that cleans the beaches each night there is still a lot we can do to help keep the beaches safe for SoWal sea turtles.
Bring your own water bottle, hat and sunscreen as you'll be walking the beach, picking up trash, filling in leftover holes and knocking down leftover sandcastles. If you need work gloves, bring them.

Join one of the Friends committees or volunteer for the board. Committees include: Education, Events, Fund Development, Communications, etc. Board members will be elected this fall.
Contact Friends of South Walton Sea Turtles if you would like to distribute our educational materials either at your place of business or school, or as a volunteer delivery helper to visit restaurants, hotels, etc.
Help spread the word with educational content writing, printing, or graphic design services by donating your time or donating space in your publication or other mediums such as radio, billboards, or television. Or, host an event!
