I am curious if you agree with the Supreme Courts decision in the above case ? It seems clear to me that there was an obvious conflict of interest in the case by Judge Benjamin and thus due process for plaintiffs was not followed. Judge Benjamin should have recused himself from the case, that seems obvious even to a layman like myself. The SC was right in their decision. I find it incomprehensible how Justices Scalia, Alito, Thomas and CJ Roberts could dessent.
