I am so excited to be able to offer private dinners, cooking classes and caterings. My passion for food is well known on 30A as is my enthusiasm for preparing the most amazing meals for my guests. I offer everything from quiet private dinners for two to 20, classes, and cocktail parties.
Especially fun are the interactive dinners. Enjoy a glass of wine and join me in the kitchen as I prepare your meal and explain the techniques. Conversation is always lively and I have sometimes been nudged out of the way by an eager guest who wants to get a little hands on experience as I walk them through it.
From very formal to extremely casual and everything in between, I'm up for just about anything!
