Local high-end, busy catering company seeks chefs, servers, bartenders for catering events. Positions are part-time, and staffing is scheduled as needed for events. Most events occur Thursday through Sunday. Arrival times for staff vary, however we generally meet in the early afternoon (between 1pm and 3pm). We offer full-service catering.
Chef applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a chef, as well as some catering experience. Chefs may be asked to arrive early to help our Head Chef prep for large events or multiple events in one weekend. (Additional compensation provided) Scheduling is based on staff availability, and staff members are required to sign up for events they are available for. Other duties include, but are not limited to: Heavy lifting, loading and unloading of equipment, food station set up, organization of and loading food items for each event.

All of our prep is done in our catering kitchen, and all menu items are cooked at the event. Events that last 3 hours usually require staffing for a minimum of 8 hours, including loading, unloading, set-up, break-down and travel. Additional compensation is provided for events that last longer than 3 hours.
