Surely a quick thinking McD employee could just grab some other type of "food" there and form into a nugget-ish shape.

It was one of those new fancy McDs where all the food come from a single vat and it just drops into molds of various shapes before the color is added and it's put into the sack. That would have fixed it problem.

You gotta hand it to McD's. They follow the "parts is parts" approach to assembling McNuggets and folks line up to buy and eat them. Don't get me started on "McRibs".
