Christ and Associates, an upscale residential architecture firm in Grayton Beach, is seeking an in-office Architectural Project Manager. This is a key position in the office and requires excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Applicants must be experienced with AutoCAD, and must also posses a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). The duties of this position include working in CAD to produce Schematic and Construction Documents, attending and/or setting up meetings, performing Site Visits and other Construction Administration tasks, coordinating between clients, neighborhood associations, and contractors, writing correspondence and constructing invoices, etc. At least three years of experience is preferred. Salary is negotiable.
