The varied a la carte menu has something to satisfy every taste, ranging from traditional favorites to more inventive but equally delicious concoctions. To start off your foodie Christmas celebration right, choose any of the crowd-pleasing appetizers, including:
- Charred buffalo cauliflower with herb goat cheese, red potato and arugula
- Raviolo with lemon ricotta, truffle and tarragon broth
- Crab Maison with garlic sourdough, buttered saltines and lemon
- Celery root soup with vermouth, heirloom apple and brown butter
