Walton County Coastal Branch Library Youth Program welcomes Wellness Life Coach, Terry Ingraham. Terry is passionate with her commitment as a Wellness Life Coach making full use of her extensive experience in healthcare marketing, mind/body/spirit fitness, nutrition, writing and public speaking.
Terry championed the American Heart Association’s Florida and National Health issues for a decade as Vice President of Marketing and Public Advocacy. Two of the personal priorities she helped with were “No Smoking” legislation for public places and healthier school lunches for teens. She was then bitten by the “Healing Professional” bug, and turned her focus from crafting healthcare policy to more hands-on help for people of all ages in need of daily guidance. She customizes fitness and nutritional programs for people on all levels. Her focus is on preventative wellness, as well as helping people who need to heal from their injuries. She is certified as a fitness and rehabilitation coach by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. Terry teaches simple, specific ways of recognizing and cultivating our own powerful life force, and she offers guidance on how to develop effective community outreach programs for all age groups.
