Ladies help me out here. I am in need of some new cologne so what do you recommend? OR should I just run down to Target and get some Axe body spray---cheap, easy, convenient, can be thrown in my gym bag (kind of like the last girl I dated/ JUST KIDDING)...and if so what scent do I get? Next time you all are out and about at a store which sells this, smell it, and then post a recommendation. :D

Axe. No. Don't be that guy. It smells great and all but stick with classics like Polo Sport or Hugo Boss.

I just finished a bottle of Polo Blue. I wore this back in High School a few times.

Do you like the Ruehl cologne? I personally like men without cologne but with a scented soap and scented deoderant. Like Hugo (or Polo). It's a nice, subtle scent instead of an overpowering "frangrance."

Bsmart, scent is a very personal thing and not only that, what smells good on one person might smell completely different on another. As in good different but maybe bad different. Next time you're out shopping, go around sniffing and buy what pleases your nose and your wallet and you'll have found the right stuff for YOU.

Oh, and not to complicate things, but even when you've found what YOU like, your next sweetie might sniff you and tell you to 1) always wear that fragrance because it reminds of her of xxx which she*loves*loves*loves*, or 2) never wear it again because it's what her former *(&#! boyfriend doused himself with and she never wants to smell it again. :rotfl:

One tip from the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, (for all guys) is to "Spray, delay, then walk away." Whatever your choice, go extra light. Over time, your nose will become familiar with the scent and you will not notice how powerful it is to everyone else around you. Don't be the person sitting in the restaurant, making everyone's food taste like your cologne. ;-)

Good advice. I usually like light scented colognes anyway, but no matter what a lot is a lot.

me too ! colognes are so strong, and a lot of people put scents on too strong for my taste ....
