Community Association Manager (CAM) Assistant Needed
Seeking individual interested in advancing their skills through hands-on training working alongside CAM
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide professional administrative support to CAM
Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, Outlook
Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office
Prepares meeting materials
Records minutes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.
Answer phones promptly and fields requests, practicing one call resolution.
Responds to informational requests
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Assist in any administrative tasks (i.e. mailings, office supply inventory, etc.)
Must have the ability to work at a fast pace in a rapidly changing business environment.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal staff, outside clients, and vendors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with clients and vendors.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy; project coordination experience a plus
Position would start at 4 days a week; all properties located on 30a
