Construction commenced today on Phase 1 Upgrades on East Point Washington Road.
The project will include will encompass of approximately 2,412 linear feet of new two lane rural roadway with roadside swales. Additionally, the project will include soil stabilization, grading, paving, minor drainage, erosion control, signing and pavement markings.
This is a Lump Sum contract with Utility Solutions Group, LLC. for $526,683.74.
The contract time is 90 days to substantial completion. Final completion will be accomplished within 30 days of receiving the punch list.
Users should expect delays, lane closures and road closures.
Alternate routes should be used for the duration of the project.
