This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship, and a strong organizational mindset. The Warranty Technician will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and installations in both residential and commercial settings.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond promptly to service requests from management.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
* Maintain daily reports using a management software app.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in a construction setting is preferred.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Full Time – Some Saturdays may be required.
