I have watched the ads on this forum from businesses (and internet job websites) post and re-post for the same positions. Many of these ads are quite lengthly for job descriptions that get longer with each re-post. May I offer the managers and business owners an alternative? We are not born understanding how to be a manager or a business owner. Having experience as a consumer, is not the same as owning a business. It doesn't translate.

As a personal story, there was a local owner I briefly worked for - he told me he was proud to be a @#$. The sad thing is that he operated under the mistaken belief (as many people do) that being hard on people makes them better. It can only to a point - which is sad. My methods can help you train your employees faster and better. My photo studio employees were excellent because I used proven management techniques. Consequently, I quit his employment. This attitude results in bitterness from all parties.
