The keyless entry is really really cool. We do have a Nest thermostat so we can change the settings from our phones, laptops, etc., regardless of where we are. We have ours set to a range of temps (between 65 and 78) when we're away. When we're here, it senses when we walk by and goes to our preferred temperature.
Where I work, they have motion detectors so that if no motion is detected, the lights go off. Sometimes people complain because if they're sitting at their desks using a computer, they're not moving much, and the lights go off. So every once in a while they have to wave their arms around to turn the lights back on. LOL.
