I love this house. Love the area and love the Foleys too!!! They built this apt. by hand, Colleen laid all the tile herself. It is stunning!

Sounds beautiful, just what I am looking for...

Anybody out there looking for a new place AND a roommate? I need to get out of Ft. Walton, driving past the Em Grand and through Destin all the time is making me mean and crabby. :D

these are some pictures of Foleys house for rent, It is still under construction
so some of the photos show construction stuff but it gives you an idea of the space....whats so cool about this is there is corrugated tin on the walls instead of sheet rock, wonderful slate floors but the pictures do not really show this aspect well. If interested in better pics -email me and I will send them...or better yet go see it in person...Jim told me today he has plans to do extensive landscaping as well.
