I'm working, I'm working. :D

Actually today I have cleaned a dozen crabs, rowed to the north end of Eastern Lake and back, and completed some projects for work. Maybe by tomorrow.

Will you be needing some recipes for those crabs? Gumbo, anyone? I'm sorry I may be offline when you pass 10,000. Glad your arms recovered. Wind was really kicking most of the day on lake. Bet it was hard rowing back against it. That one ore might need a little WD40.

Thanks, no it doesn't need any WD40, but it was funn trying to keep on course getting back.

I plan on making crab cakes. Grandma's recipe.

Crab
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Mix and form into cakes, dredge in crushed saltines.

(Here's the trick) Refrigerate for at least one hour, over night is best.

Cook in 350 degree oil until golden brown.

Serve on saltine with yellow mustard.
