We are a couple in our early 50's coming down for a week of R&R. We are looking for a condo or small beach house/cottage along 30a. Unsure yet which area - currently looking at all options. Previously we've only stayed in the Mimamar Beach area and visited SoWal area.
We are IMMACULATE, non-smokers, and intend to spend our days biking, hiking, walking the beach, and visiting the SoWal towns and spend our evenings either dining in or out. We are interested in a great view, a nice balcony/deck/porch to sit on and view the beach/sunsets/etc, and if possible bicycles included. Since it is just the two of us we won't require alot of space. We'd like to rent 7 nights in the $700 range total. If you know of anything, please let us know!
