DESTIN ? Tim Creehan, chef/owner of Beach Walk Crystal Beach, will open a new culinary center in Destin next year.
Creehan and his appliance sponsor, DCS by Fisher and Paykel, will open thhe 3,020-square-foot facility that will offer interior and exterior space and include a state-of-the-art DCS by Fisher and Paykel Showroom. The new culinary center will be a laboratory for Creehan. with the latest in high end residential indoor and outdoor DCS appliances, Welborn Forrest Cabinets and Outdoor Polymer Systems. The primary use for the culinary center will be product research and development for Creehan?s restaurants, cookbooks and patented marinades as well as film production, training shows and photo shoots. The new center will also have a 2,000-square-foot outdoor kitchen with refrigeration, bar, grilling and cooking surfaces for Creehan to test DCS appliances as well as create new outdoor recipes.
