While I admire your intelligence and respect it, your perception of government and how it operates, what it should do and how we should support it is totally warped, as is made obvious in almost every post you make regarding government and its function. It is suppose to work for us not the other way around. As for being swayed by Obama's "common sense" it is obvious that your opinion of what is common sense and mine differs greatly but that is what the world is all about, isn't it? It is too bad we can't see the forest for looking at the trees on many occasions. The speech last night was one of those occasions.
