How close is the Cypress Hill development to Seaside? There is a listing for a small cottage for rent that claims you can walk to Seaside.

Cypress Hill is the 1st street in Seagrove to the east of Seaside. It does not go all the way through to 30A and it is only 2 1/2 blocks long. You definitely CAN walk to Seaside - it's only one block away.
