Thanks D&K for making my birthday so very "full
filling"

I don't know a thing about authentic cajun fare, but we
invited some native New Orleanians to join us last night
and they raved about the tasty dishes and how they hadn't eaten anywhere quite like D&K's. ..A huge compliment coming from them! Our server, Chris was so awesome and gave us exceptional personal attention.

We're always very well taken care of when we choose a local place to eat out...especially at D&K's!! Thanks again.

I had snapper and everyone else had steak...and a few other "snacks" too. Everything deeeelish!

DKA I seem to recall from other posts that you are a fellow NASCAR fan. Aren't you so stoked about this week? How about Little E last night ??

We got the family together for my husbands birthday last Saturday and everything was great. My two grand-daughters ages 5 and 6 were treated like little ladies even though they can be a little noisy along with their grandpa. Our waiter, Kelly, took it all in stride. Thanks.

Thanks everyone....I will let Kelly and Chris know. I hate that I've not been there to see you. After the accident I was in and three weeks of healing my Father was put in the hospital and I've been in Ocean Springs, Ms. taking care of him. I will be going back and forth for a while trying to help him. He is in good spirits but lost part of his left foot. (Long story)

The cafe is still decorated and I enjoyed being back there last night, although I played "The Shadowman" and stayed in the back, peeping out at everyone and all seemed wonderful. Thank you all so much for your support....I'm so glad ssb and meamea had a good time...but especially the grand-daughters!!!!

DKA....we still have to set up our dinner date!;-)

I would give D&K a huge thumbs up. We've been there several times this winter and have had great food and service. Look forward to going again soon. Sorry to have missed you Kat---hope you and your Dad are healing and doing well.
