DeFuniak Springs, FL - Main Street DeFuniak Springs is pleased to announce the start of the Farmer's Market Saturday, March 14, 2020. The Farmer's Market will run every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Baldwin Avenue between 7th and 8th Streets.
Amanda Bierbaum, owner of Soiree states, "The Main Street Farmer's Market is a vital asset to our community and we can't wait to see the continuation into its second year. The farmer's market is a perfect way to support local businesses and promote a healthy lifestyle."
You can expect a variety of items at the Farmer's Market: fresh vegetables, breads, baked goods, jams, jellies, kettle corn, dog treats and accessories, local art, upcoming demonstrations and other fun appearances for the kids.
"When the community buys from a vendor at their local farmers market the vendor is a local entrepreneur, that turns around and spends what they make in their local economy.
