demand for guns and ammo

The scarce ammo in this area was about a year ago when banks started to fail, before Obama. From what I hear,the scarcity has eased. The President has made it clear that gun ownership is not something he wants to curtail, ie; hunting and personal protection. His concern is people with guns that have no business with firearms, meaning felons.

Give the president a shot (pun intended) to make his case on the issue. Right now I think it is the least of his problems at the White House. Since his Presidency, he has not spoken on this issue as far as I know. What do you know? I mean really know???

The constitution already lays it out pretty clear....I guess you're all for changing that?

What do you think I/we are trying to change???

really nothing......because there is nothing to change is there? I was just making the point that these laws already exist so there is nothing for him to do...I'm through

Well, I wouldn't mind them closing a couple loopholes so felons really couldn't get guns.....................but it's not my highest priority.

Papa Scooterbug is quite annoyed that all of his hunting magazines have become so political. They used to have good articles about HUNTING and now they are all getting political and the content has really gone downhill - same reason he quit the NRA.

It's a little too varied and Southern for him though - he just wants plain ol' hunting, ammo, tracking, game recipes, gear, articles focused on deer, pheasant, turkey, elk.........
